My Story
About Me
I was raised in the Atlanta Area and trained in ballet, jazz, and tap. I performed with the Atlanta Dance Works, Ruth Mitchell Dance Theatre (now Georgia Metropolitan Dance Theatre), DeKalb Community Theatre (now Perimeter Community College) and the Gwinnett Ballet Theatre. As a senior in high school I was selected to attend the Governor's Honors program in Dance. My training continued into college and I soon found myself as part of the Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom Entertainment Department. After my move to Roanoke I have been fortunate to perform with the Roanoke Ballet Theatre and the Mill Mountain Theatre Conservatory. As a photographer with a unique background in dance and theatre, I understand the importance of capturing the perfect moment. I strive to provide you with images that evoke beautiful memories and help you market your career in the performing arts.

What to Expect
Once you reach out we choose a day for your session. Shortly before your session we will meet (usually via Zoom) for a pre-session consult. We'll discuss session location (inside or out) and sort out what kind of vibe you are aiming for in your finished photos. Together we'll formulate a plan for hair, make-up, and wardrobe so you'll feel fully prepared. As the day draws near you'll receive more information on how to get ready for an awesome session.
Days after your session, you'll receive proofs online. Once you have reviewed the proofs and sent me your selections the enhancement process will begin. I can enhance minor imperfections in your skin and clothing but I will not make any adjustments to your body or technique. You should be proud of what you bring to the room every day and every way. You can expect your fully edited digital gallery within 4 weeks. You can print on your own of from your gallery (extra charge) which insures that the coloring and quality of the images is top notch.
